Coupling bolts must be scrapped in the following cases:
1. Bolts that are severely damaged or broken, such as obvious cracks, missing parts, or severe thread wear, need to be scrapped. Such bolts have lost their strength and reliability and can no longer be used to bear loads and maintain the connection of the coupling.
2. Bolts that are severely corroded or rusted, with obvious corrosion spots, grooves or rust on the surface, will reduce their strength and durability. Such bolts are prone to breakage and may produce unpredictable results when bearing loads, so they need to be scrapped.
3. Bolts may be affected by excessive fatigue after long-term use.
